This Approach Helps

Trauma

Trauma is stored not just in our nervous system, but in our whole body. It can present as physical symptoms, as well as emotional symptoms like anxiety or depression. And while it might feel like our trauma is hardwired into us, it's actually possible to change our responses to it.

Autoimmune
Issues

Autoimmune disease occurs when the body's immune system attacks and destroys healthy cells. Autoimmune diseases are often chronic and can be difficult to manage. When the body is constantly in a state of stress, it becomes more susceptible to autoimmune disease. The good news is that there are things you can do to prevent or manage autoimmune disease.

Pain

It is said that pain is just a state of mind. While this may be true for some, chronic pain sufferers know it is much more than that. The pain is real, and it can make everyday activities feel impossible. The good news is that there are ways to release the pain, both physically and emotionally. By clearing the patterns that have been ingrained in the body, it is possible to find relief.

Insomnia

Insomnia is debilitating because it can make it hard to function during the day. People who suffer from insomnia often feel exhausted, which can lead to problems with focus and concentration. In addition, insomnia can also cause mood swings and irritability. As a result, insomnia can have a significant impact on a person's quality of life.

Getting the help you need will be very beneficial to your wellbeing.

Creativity

Psychologists have found that creativity can be improved with the help of meditation and mindfulness exercises. Creativity is often linked to a person's mental health, but new research shows how it may also depend on physical presence in your body.

Decreases anxiety & depression

Some research findings show promise that embodiement  may be able to alleviate certain problems like anxiety as well as relapse of depression. Being present allows one to cope and react positively to anxiety, whether or not it is brought on by specific stressors.

Reduces stress levels

Being Present is a great way to reduce stress levels and prepare for any stressful situation you may find yourself in.
The more Embodiement practices, the better at handling your day-to hour with its ups & downs!

Improves attention & concentration

Inhabiting your body is the perfect way to increase focus and improve your attention span. People who are more present generally find that they are more focused when completing tasks, making it an excellent choice for those looking for better productivity in their lives.

"Body awareness is seeing the body as an object of observation.
Being present is to be subject and object at the same time. "
